- Croissant-waffle hybrids, pressed golden and crisp. Classic in Nutella or caramel, or premium in Strawberries & Cream, S'mores, and Biscoff Cookie.
- Mochi Donuts
- Crispy, chewy rings made with glutinous rice flour and tapioca starch. Light enough for two — order them by the dozen.

Brew Lab provides a phenomenal cafe experience, certainly among the best in the greater Connecticut area. Great coffee, drinks, food, and snacks paired with a welcoming environment perfect for socialization and work.
I had the Saigonese coffee and loved it. I also had the cookies and cream croffle and loved that too. Staff was very nice and my order came out quick. Nice place to meet friends or to pick up and go.
Nice cafe, love the huge mochi donut on the wall. Great drink options, super cute drink packaging. I really enjoyed their fruit teas, and their mochi donuts are light and chewy.
The drinks are always made quickly with high attention to detail, such as layering the matcha in lattes. Give it a try if you're hesitant!
Both the Vietnamese iced coffee and Saigonese iced coffee were great: bold coffee met with a good sweetness to balance it out. The fruit teas are also good because there is a strong tea flavor.
Delicious iced lattes at Brew Lab. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely be a regular here and support small business.
